My stay at Riad Talaa 12 was quite a rollercoaster. The ambiance is stunning, with beautiful rooms overlooking a serene courtyard. However, the service was disappointing as I faced challenges with the booking and communication. The location is excellent, nestled in the heart of the medina, but the lack of responsive service marred the experience. Overall, there are some gems here, but the management needs improvement to ensure guests feel valued.
