The hospitality from the staff, especially Karam and Mohammed, was exceptional, making every effort to ensure we enjoyed our time. However, the cancellation policy needs to be more flexible, as I had a problematic experience when needing to cancel. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money despite a few minor hiccups.
